Service Description

This is a Service that allows individuals to send items into Madre Luna's LLC P.O. Box 939 Waverly, VA 23890, such as rings, bracelets, necklaces etcetera to be cleansed, fixed and recharged with specific intention such as protection, attraction, and sent back to you. price listed is per item and would require you to call the shop number if there is more than one item in order for us to process payment. we will then reach out to you via e-mail to let you know when it has been sent back along with a tracking number. ( we do ask you to give us a call when item has been sent to us so we know to keep an eye out for it)

Cancellation Policy

Due to Increasing demands. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason we require you to call the shop 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order for us to process a refund . If you need to reschedule your appointment, as a one time courtesy we will reschedule your appointment if you call 24 hours prior to your scheduled session . failure to call us 24 hours prior to your session will result in your needing to book and pay for a different session entirely. thank you for your understanding, love and support.
